Your mission: to cultivate a capable, engaged, and agile sales force.
What Youll Do
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Sales Network people development framework to support workforce effectiveness and efficiency
- Ensure robust succession planning and smooth leadership transitions
- Align trainer activities with organizational goals and commercial objectives
- Leverage digital channels to optimize training delivery and reduce operational costs
- Coordinate with regional sales networks to roll out new initiatives and ensure consistent communication (e.g., DM Flying programs)
- Foster engagement across the Sales Network through regular communication, updates, and collaborative activities
- Provide strategic direction to team members to meet performance targets through planning, initiatives, and process control
Welcome Talent with:
- Minimum Bachelor degree.
- Preferably has experience inlearning program & design and training framework.
- Tech savvy, experience with Learning Management System (LMS) and Microsoft Office.
- Solid stakeholder management to collaborate with other business functions related to training materials & content development on product, system or process updates.
- Good communication and presentation skill, preferably fluent in English.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, a high-demand and dynamic environment.
