Job Description

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve 100% of the annual revenue target with strategic planning.
  • Preparing MCB budget, quotation & tender management.
  • Actively pursue and close sales opportunities, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Halal Assurance System, the certification process, and the specific needs of clients in the Food and Beverages sector.
  • Provide regular sales reports to management, including pipeline status, sales forecasts, and market analysis.

Qualifications

  • Possess Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven at least 5 years experience in sales, preferably within the Food and Beverages industry or Halal Certification services.
  • Understanding of the Halal Certification process, critical control points, and regulatory compliance as outlined by LPPOM MUI.
  • Familiarity with Halal regulations and guidelines in Indonesia and internationally, particularly in the Food and Beverages sector.
  • Proficiency in developing and executing sales strategies, with a focus on achieving targets and driving growth.
  • Good communication skills especially in negotiation and selling with computer literacy (MS Office & Google Workspace).
  • Halal Certified
