The Export Sales role develops and executes export sales strategies to expand Tasblock's presence in international markets by identifying potential customers, distributors, and project opportunities for composite products.
The role manages the full export sales cycle from lead generation, technical discussions, and quotation preparation through contract negotiation, order confirmation, and delivery coordination.
Close collaboration with Engineering, Production, and Finance is required to ensure product specifications, pricing, lead time, and costing are aligned with manufacturing capability and margin targets.
The role coordinates export documentation and commercial terms including Incoterms, payment methods, delivery schedules, and customer requirements, while ensuring compliance with export regulations and internal approval processes.
The Export Sales role monitors market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to support product development and pricing strategies.
The Export Sales also maintains strong relationships with existing export customers, supports after-sales communication related to delivery, quality, or technical issues, and ensures customer satisfaction while protecting company interests.
Mandatory
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, International Trade, or a related field,
with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B export sales, preferably in manufacturing, composite, construction materials, or industrial products.
Strong understanding of export processes, Incoterms, and international trade practices is required.
Experience handling project-based or custom-manufactured products is highly valued.
Strong commercial and negotiation skills combined with technical understanding of manufactured products.
Ability to coordinate across functions and translate customer requirements into feasible manufacturing solutions.
