This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Kecamatan Medan Area. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with customers, understanding customer needs, and providing information on products and services. The role involves conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and closing sales. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for achieving sales targets, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing market share.

• Proven experience in sales, customer relations, and understanding customer needs
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Knowledge of the automotive industry and sales techniques
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Must be willing to work on-site in Kecamatan Medan Area
