We are seeking a motivated and professional In-House Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling leads, conducting property presentations, and closing sales while maintaining excellent communication with clients and property agencies.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle and follow up on sales leads efficiently via WhatsApp, phone calls, and social media platforms
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings professionally
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers and property agencies
  • Negotiate terms and close property sales to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams and external property agents
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
  • Be responsive and proactive in addressing client inquiries and concerns
  • Work from the marketing office and visit project sites as required
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or property-related fields
  • Strong closing experience is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Target-driven, confident, and professional attitude
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp, social media, and CRM tools for lead handling
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
