Job Description Sales Executive

The Lodge Maribaya

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate, government, travel agents, and community partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities to increase room sales, event bookings, and attractions revenue.
  • Handle sales inquiries, prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts for clients.
  • Conduct sales visits, presentations, and site inspections as required.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Marketing, Event, and Finance) to ensure smooth execution of bookings and events.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and client databases.
  • Maintain excellent after-sales service and long-term client relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related fields.
  • Proven experience as Sales Executive, preferably in hospitality, tourism, or lifestyle destinations.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Target-oriented with good analytical and interpersonal abilities.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to work with flexible hours and conduct field sales activities.
