Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surabaya for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will focus on driving sales growth by acquiring and managing client relationships, analyzing market opportunities, and crafting strategies to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include presenting property offerings to potential clients, negotiating contracts, maintaining a sales pipeline, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Collaboration with marketing teams and staying updated on market trends will also be key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Sales and Negotiation skills to effectively engage and close deals with potential clients
- Strong Communication and Presentation skills to clearly convey property offerings and benefits
- Analytical skills to assess market trends and identify opportunities
- Proficiency in Relationship Management to ensure long-term client satisfaction and business growth
- Ability to work in a dynamic and team-oriented environment
- Experience in the real estate or property development industry is preferred
- High School Diploma
