Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with a focus on project-based sales
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Prepare comprehensive proposals and presentations to secure new business
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Provide feedback and insights to the sales and marketing teams to support the development of targeted strategies
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking activities

Requirements

  • Proven track record in project-based sales, preferably within the electrical appliances industry and material Building such as (paint, pump, water purifier, etc)
  • Excellent client relationship management skills and the ability to build trusted partnerships with Concultant and Architect
  • Strong negotiation, presentation and proposal writing skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to understand client requirements and develop tailored solutions
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a drive to achieve sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Relevant university degree or equivalent experience
