Job Description

Job Description:

Acquire new sellers: source and onboard new sellers, including both social and corporate sellers.
Maintain & develop relationships: build and sustain strong relationships with existing sellers, fostering long-term partnerships.
Support sellers: assist sellers in resolving operational and commercial issues to ensure smooth business operations.
Manage payments: oversee and manage timely seller payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Monitor ADO: track and monitor the Average Deal Orders (ADO) for each seller, ensuring performance goals are met.
Industry trend analysis: study market trends and industry developments to identify new lead opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in any field.
Demonstrate track record of closing deals and consistently achieving monthly revenue and order targets.
Sales experience in the express logistics industry is a plus.
Strong communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
Able to work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
Able to travel to Bangkok office when required.
