UGC Logistics is looking for a driven Sales Executive to grow our international freight portfolio, covering sea freight (FCL/LCL), air freight, and customs clearance for clients across industries.
What you'll be doing:
→ Acquiring and growing a B2B customer portfolio in the export-import space
→ Building a structured prospect database and converting leads into long-term partnerships
→ Working closely with our Exim Operations and Procurement teams to deliver competitive, reliable solutions
What we're looking for:
→ 2–3 years of B2B sales experience in freight forwarding or international shipping
→ Solid understanding of FCL/LCL, air freight, and incoterms
→ Active English proficiency and strong cold outreach skills
→ A track record of consistent pipeline growth, not just activity, but results
