Develop and manage B2B sales activities targeting clients in civil, construction, building materials, and furniture-related industries.
Actively prospect, approach, and visit potential and existing customers across the Jabodetabek area.
Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with contractors, developers, architects, project owners, and corporate clients.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product information tailored to customer needs.
Conduct price negotiations, contract discussions, and commercial agreements in line with company policies.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Coordinate with internal teams such as production, technical, and logistics to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer visits, and pipelines in sales reports.
Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Represent the company professionally during client meetings, site visits, exhibitions, and business events.

Requirements

Female candidate
Minimum 35 years of sales experience in related industries (civil, construction, building materials, or furniture)
Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
Good appearance, positive attitude, and strong negotiation skills
Proven ability to handle B2B clients and maintain professional relationships
Willing and able to work mobile across Jabodetabek
Educational background from a reputable university is preferred
