Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in West Java, Indonesia. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and nurturing customer relationships, managing the sales cycle, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting potential clients, presenting and promoting the company's products and services, negotiating terms and contracts, and maintaining ongoing communication to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Expertise in sales strategies, relationship management, and lead generation
- Proficiency with tools and software for customer relationship management (CRM), reporting, and sales tracking
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop growth strategies
- Proactive, results-oriented, and capable of working independently to meet targets
- Previous experience in real estate or urban development sales is preferred but not mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required
