This full-time, on-site role based in Surabaya requires a Web Development & Sales Executive to oversee the development, optimization, and maintenance of websites and digital platforms while contributing to the company's sales efforts. Day-to-day responsibilities include website coding, troubleshooting, ensuring seamless user experience, strategizing sales goals, and building customer relationships. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to identifying opportunities for growth and ensuring alignment between web development and sales objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficient in web development, coding, and troubleshooting website performance
• Skilled in user interface/design, responsive websites, and UX optimization
• Experience with sales processes, strategies, and customer relationship management
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and achieve organizational goals
• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Computer Science, Business, or Marketing
• Familiarity with market trends in technology and regional markets like Southeast Asia is a plus
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia preferred
