Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jakarta, Indonesia, for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential customers, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key tasks include promoting and demonstrating laboratory instruments, preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role also involves collaborating with both internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions and continuous support for clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to identify new business opportunities and build customer relationships
  • Understanding of laboratory equipment and technical concepts
  • Sales experience, preferably in scientific or technical fields
  • Proficiency in time management and organizational skills
  • Team collaboration and adaptability
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject, such as Life Sciences or Engineering
  • Previous experience in the laboratory instruments industry is a plus
