Sales Executive

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a sales position related in the ICT industry.
• Proven work experience as an Sales Manager or Possess B2B sales experience in the Cloud and IT Infrastructure services is an preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• In-depth understanding of government procurement processes, compliance requirements, and decision-making structures.
• Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
• Have Ownership of job.
• Experience in IT or HR company is a plus.
• B2B sales experience is necessary.

Job Desc

• Identify and develop business opportunities in priority sectors in accordance with the company's strategy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, technology partners, and principals/vendors.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals and present solutions to potential customers.
• Coordinate with the pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure the solutions offered align with customer needs.
• Responsible for achieving sales targets (both revenue and gross profit).
• Prepare regular sales and activity reports for Management.
• Building and managing sales team.
