Responsibilities

What you will do

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within private hospitals and healthcare networks.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers (Hospital Administrators, Medical Directors, Procurement Managers, etc.).
  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to achieve growth and revenue targets.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry exhibitions, seminars, and other strategic events to enhance the company's product
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging healthcare opportunities.
  • Deliver impactful product presentations and demonstrations to secure sustainable partnerships with customers
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and pipeline development.

Requirements

What are we looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Biology, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare sales, preferably in medical devices, diagnostics or pharmaceutical solutions
  • Strong experience in the healthcare sector, particularly in engaging and building partnerships with private hospital chains, clinics, and medical centers.
  • Strong and excellent presentation, communication and negotiation capabilities
  • Dynamic and results-driven with a proactive and collaborative work ethic
  • Having a personal vehicle.
