Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Malang for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be primarily responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and promoting MyRepublic's fiber internet and TV subscription services. The role also involves generating leads, conducting product presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Experience in sales, business development, or account management, with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Strong presentation, communication, and listening skills
  • Proficiency in sales tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Goal-driven mindset with proven expertise in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with the telecommunications industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • Comfortable working on-site in Malang and traveling as required for client meetings or events
