JOB SUMMARY
Liberty Society is hiring for 2 Sales Executive positions for our Merch and Green Event services. We're looking for passionate people who can drive sales, build strong client relationships, and promote our mission for sustainable impact.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate and manage leads through outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Research and target potential clients aligned with our sustainability offerings.
- Deliver persuasive proposals and presentations tailored to client goals and budgets.
- Build long-term relationships and act as a trusted advisor on sustainable event solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and collaborate with the project team for smooth execution.
- Work with Marketing on campaigns and provide input for sales strategies.
- Maintain sales reports, client records, and performance updates.
- Stay informed on sustainability and event industry trends.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Studies, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in events, workshops, or sustainability.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- Target-driven, proactive, and fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Existing network within the business or sustainability community is a plus.
