Job Description



This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive for Umrah services, based in Surakarta with the flexibility to work from home as needed. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with clients, promoting Umrah packages, and achieving sales targets. Duties include generating leads, building networks, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure the delivery of services is also an essential part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, lead generation, and client relationship management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of marketing and promotion strategies, with the ability to identify market needs
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate within a team in both office and remote environments
  • Familiarity with Umrah services or the travel industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in relevant IT tools and software applications
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency will be an asset
