Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Actively source new leads through cold calls, school visits, community events, and referrals.
  • Conduct consultations with prospective clientsstudents, parents, individual learners, or professionalsto understand their needs and recommend suitable programs.
  • Present Sekolah Bahasa's offerings through one-on-one meetings, group presentations, company briefings, or school/university fairs.
  • Follow up consistently with leads via WhatsApp, phone calls, and email to maximize conversion rates.
  • Maintain and update leads, pipeline, and conversion data in CRM/Google Sheets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local promotional campaigns.
  • Build and sustain relationships with schools, universities, companies, and community organizations to generate partnerships.
  • Support branch events and open houses by assisting in preparation, promotion, and on-the-ground sales.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any major (fresh graduates with strong sales drive are welcome to apply).
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition (preferably in the education sector).
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage and update leads using CRM or Google Sheets effectively.
  • Confidence in delivering presentations to individuals and groups.
  • High energy, self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient in handling rejection.
  • Flexibility to work evenings or weekends during promotional events if required.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude in representing Sekolah Bahasa.
