Actively source new leads through cold calls, school visits, community events, and referrals.
Conduct consultations with prospective clientsstudents, parents, individual learners, or professionalsto understand their needs and recommend suitable programs.
Present Sekolah Bahasa's offerings through one-on-one meetings, group presentations, company briefings, or school/university fairs.
Follow up consistently with leads via WhatsApp, phone calls, and email to maximize conversion rates.
Maintain and update leads, pipeline, and conversion data in CRM/Google Sheets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local promotional campaigns.
Build and sustain relationships with schools, universities, companies, and community organizations to generate partnerships.
Support branch events and open houses by assisting in preparation, promotion, and on-the-ground sales.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any major (fresh graduates with strong sales drive are welcome to apply).
1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition (preferably in the education sector).
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an advantage.
Ability to manage and update leads using CRM or Google Sheets effectively.
Confidence in delivering presentations to individuals and groups.
High energy, self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient in handling rejection.
Flexibility to work evenings or weekends during promotional events if required.
Professional appearance and positive attitude in representing Sekolah Bahasa.
