Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive sales for brand events, exhibitions, pop-ups, and offline activations.
  • Acquire and manage brand partners, tenants, distributors, and sponsors.
  • Pitch event concepts, booth packages, and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners before, during, and after events.
  • Collaborate with marketing, activation, and creative teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Manage sales pipeline, follow-ups, and closing targets.
  • Monitor beauty & personal care market trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare post-event sales reports and performance evaluations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields (preferred).
  • 13 years of experience in sales, event marketing, or brand activation.
  • Experience in beauty / personal care industry is a strong plus.
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiar with event ecosystem, tenants, and brand partnerships.
