Sales Estimate

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Architecture, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Able to read and interpret architectural drawings accurately.
• Proficient in AutoCAD for reviewing or analyzing technical drawings.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong analytical, logical, and mathematical skills for cost and price estimation.
• Detail-oriented, communicative, and able to work collaboratively across teams.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS :

• Coordinate with the Sales and Design teams to prepare price proposals for customers.
• Create price quotations (quotation/final price) for sales projects based on architectural drawings provided by the Sales Project team.
• Prepare and update the quotation summary sheet for ongoing project follow-ups.
• Ensure that the price estimations are accurate and aligned with the technical specifications and customer requirements.
• Provide pricing data and analytical support to the Sales team during negotiation or tender processes.
