Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer located in Cikarang, Indonesia. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, communicating effectively with customers, and driving sales. Day-to-day tasks will include implement sales strategies, meeting with clients to discuss their needs, assisting with the design and implementation of solutions, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

1. Proficient in Japanese (spoken and written) with a minimum JLPT N3 certificate.

2. Minimum Diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical fields

3. Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B technical or industrial sales.

4. Background in fabrication, manufacturing, or Engineering services is an advantage.

5. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentationskills.
