About the role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Sales Engineer Project to join our dynamic team at PT Roda Nurmala in Jakarta Utara, Jakarta Raya. This is a contract role where you will play a pivotal part in driving our sales initiatives and delivering exceptional customer service. As a Sales Engineer Project, you will leverage your technical expertise and sales acumen to sell our innovative products and solutions to clients across various industries.
What you'll be doing
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities, utilising your in-depth product knowledge to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals and demonstrations to potential clients
- Collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure seamless implementation and resolution of any client issues
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing excellent after-sales support and driving repeat business
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and participate in team meetings to share insights and best practices
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
What we're looking for
- Proven track record of success in a sales engineering or technical sales role, preferably experience handling industrial or High-Rise Building (HRB) projects is preferred.
- Demonstrates integrity, strong values, and trustworthiness.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels
- Strong technical aptitude and the capacity to quickly learn and understand our product portfolio
- Proven ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment
- Degree in engineering, technology or a related field, or equivalent experience
