Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer based in Jakarta. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and contributing to the sales process by identifying customer needs and offering tailored solutions. Day-to-day tasks include preparing technical presentations, supporting sales team activities, troubleshooting technical issues, and communicating with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Skills in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
- Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service
- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts effectively
- Ability to analyze client requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions
- Previous experience in sales engineering or a technical sales role is an advantage
- Proficiency in relevant technical tools or software is a plus
