Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer located in Sidoarjo. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for developing client relationships, identifying and addressing customer needs, and providing technical expertise to promote and sell electrical products and services. Daily responsibilities include preparing proposals, conducting product presentations, offering technical support, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Background in Sales Engineering and a strong ability to understand technical specifications and translate them into client solutions
• Proficiency in providing Technical Support and explaining technical concepts to clients
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Experience in Sales with the ability to strategize and execute plans to achieve sales goals
• Problem-solving and analytical skills to address client requirements effectively
• Educational background in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
• Willingness to work on-site and engage directly with clients
• Prior experience in the electrical or manufacturing industry is a plus
