We are growing and looking for a Sales Engineer with strong technical experience and a commercial mindset to help us bring our new technologies to the field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of artificial lift, production enhancement, and well completion products to oil & gas operators.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territory or accounts.
  • Present technical solutions to clients, clearly articulating the value proposition and ROI.
  • Support the tendering process including proposal preparation, pricing, and contract negotiation.
  • Collaborate with the engineering teams to align client needs with technical capabilities.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Track market trends, competitor offerings, and provide insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Attend industry events, technical meetings, and product demonstrations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline.
  • 812 years of relevant experience in oil & gas, with:
  • Minimum 35 years hands-on experience in artificial lift, production enhancement and well completion equipment.
  • Minimum 2 years in a technical sales or client-facing commercial role.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of well performance, production optimization, field and drilling operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and technical software (e.g., Prosper, Pipesim) is a plus.
  • Willing to travel frequently to client sites.
