We are growing and looking for a Sales Engineer with strong technical experience and a commercial mindset to help us bring our new technologies to the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of artificial lift, production enhancement, and well completion products to oil & gas operators.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territory or accounts.
- Present technical solutions to clients, clearly articulating the value proposition and ROI.
- Support the tendering process including proposal preparation, pricing, and contract negotiation.
- Collaborate with the engineering teams to align client needs with technical capabilities.
- Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Track market trends, competitor offerings, and provide insights to internal stakeholders.
- Attend industry events, technical meetings, and product demonstrations.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline.
- 812 years of relevant experience in oil & gas, with:
- Minimum 35 years hands-on experience in artificial lift, production enhancement and well completion equipment.
- Minimum 2 years in a technical sales or client-facing commercial role.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of well performance, production optimization, field and drilling operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and technical software (e.g., Prosper, Pipesim) is a plus.
- Willing to travel frequently to client sites.
