Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer based in Bekasi.

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for bridging technical solutions with customer needs, managing the sales process from early identification through project handover, and building strong relationships with clients in the building services and construction sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• 24 years of experience as a Sales Engineer in plumbing, HVAC, ducting, or building maintenance industries.
• Strong understanding of mechanical building systems (air supply, exhaust, drainage, chillers, piping, ducting).
• Experience in tender processes, project cost estimation, and technical presentations to clients.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity in industry-specific tools and software is an advantage
