Responsibilities
- Build, grow, and serve the customer to achieve established sales targets & management objectives
- Serve Existing accounts & build new customer base
- Individual sales planning & sales funnel management; confer with all affiliated parties of new and/or existing structures to determine optimal equipment required and to generate new sales.
- Promote the company's products & establish new customer & services account by identifying potential customers
- Customer relationship management to retain & grow business with existing customers and to drive customer satisfaction by identifying their needs; contact to advise progress of work
- Prepare and formally present bids for Fujitec standard/custom equipment, explaining such items as cost factors regarding value and benefits, (e.g. performance, environmental impact, etc.)
- Assist with industry-specific presentations to architects, consultants or General Contractors
- General understanding of contract terms and/or language and can present said terms
- Evaluate project details by using market pricing strategy and recommend best available solutions
- Follow through with the customer process by preparing order entries, submitting layouts, etc.
- Attend all safety & environmental training as required by the company and other relevant authorities
- Provide periodic sales reports to management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in reputable University
- Maximum age of 30
- 1 year Sales experience. Freshgraduate are welcome.
- Good Indonesian & English communication skill (written & spoken)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to analyze & solve complex problems
- Ability to work under pressure (independently & in team)
