Job Description

Role Objective

Drive business development and technical sales for industrial rubber hose solutions within mining, dredging, and marine contractors across Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within mining and dredging contractors.
  • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to fleet engineers, project managers, and technical teams.
  • Provide application-based solution selling for slurry transfer, dredging discharge, and abrasive material handling.
  • Build long-term relationships with contractors, fleet operators, and engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and production teams to align technical specifications with project requirements.
  • Conduct site visits, inspections, and troubleshooting to support after-sales performance.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging dredging/mining projects.

Technical Scope :

  • Slurry hose / dredging hose / industrial rubber hose
  • Abrasion resistant application
  • Marine construction & reclamation
  • Bulk material handling

Qualification Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.

Minimum 3-5 years experience in technical sales within mining, dredging, or heavy industrial sector.

Strong network with contractors and marine engineering teams is highly preferred.

Willing to travel frequently to project sites and shipyards.

Based in Jakarta.
