Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer based in Semarang. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, providing technical expertise to support sales processes, and identifying solutions to meet customer needs. This role involves preparing and delivering technical presentations, coordinating with technical teams to resolve client issues, and meeting sales targets through proactive outreach and account management. Collaboration with different departments and a thorough understanding of product applications are essential to success in this position.

Qualification:

  • Berpenampilan rapi dan memiliki profesional communication skill.
  • Berpengalaman di bidang sales minimal 3 tahun
  • Bersedia dinas keluar kota.
  • Customer handling.
  • Kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, baik secara lisan maupun tertulis.
  • Memiliki keterampilan presentasi yang baik.
  • Memiliki customer base dan jaringan yang luas terutama di bidang industri pembangkit listrik dan kelapa sawit.
  • Memiliki SIM C (SIM A lebih disukai)
  • Mempunyai kemampuan untuk tetap tenang dalam menghadapi tekanan kerja dan menghadapi deadline.
  • Pekerja keras dan mampu bekerja baik secara mandiri atau dalam tim.
  • Pendidikan minimal S1.
  • Lebih diprioritaskan perempuan.

Job Description:

  • Dapat menyampaikan perencanaan dan strategi penjualan ke atasan management perusahaan setiap minggu atau bulan.
  • Dapat menyusun/mengeksekusi strategi penjualan, monitoring customer, dan mapping target customer.
  • Mampu membuat strategi dan target pemasaran.
  • Mampu memenuhi target penjualan yang sudah ditetapkan.
  • Mampu membuat presentasi teknis dan demo produk sesuai kebutuhan klien.
  • Memiliki jejaring customer potensial bagi perusahaan.
  • Dapat mengembangkan dan menumbuhkan hubungan jangka panjang dengan costumer.
