As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a high-caliber Sales Engineer to drive business development in process analyzers and advanced instrumentation solutions.
. Engineering degree (Electrical, Instrumentation, Chemical, Physics, or related)
. Proven track record in technical sales (analyzer / instrumentation / automation preferred)
. Strong business acumen with the ability to translate technical value into commercial impact
. Confident communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills
. Mobile and willing to travel across Indonesia
. Professional proficiency in English
. Experience in Pulp & Paper, Cement, Petrochemical, or Mining industries will be highly valued.
. Deliver consultative, solution-based sales to industrial clients
. Lead technical discussions, site assessments, and solution proposals
. Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity development to closing
. Build long-term partnerships with key customers
. Collaborate internally to align technical and commercial strategies
