Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying customer needs, and providing appropriate technical solutions. Day-to-day tasks include presenting and promoting products, providing technical support to clients, assisting with application engineering, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets. The role also involves delivering exceptional customer service and offering continuous solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Sales Engineering and Sales skills, with the ability to identify and meet client needs
- Strong Technical Support and application engineering capabilities
- Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, for seamless interaction with clients and team members
- Excellent Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and build long-term partnerships
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in industrial chemicals or related industries is a plus
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
