Job Description
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with pulp & paper manufacturers and industrial clients.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities for company's technologies, equipment, and services.
- Conduct site visits, gather technical requirements, and prepare tailored technicalcommercial proposals.
- Collaborate with engineering, service, and project teams to ensure accurate scoping and smooth handover.
- Lead tender preparation, pricing, negotiations, and order closing.
- Support aftersales activities, upgrades, maintenance programs, and technical service coordination.
- Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and monthly sales forecasting.
- Promote company's solutions at seminars, customer visits, and industry events.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3-7 years of experience in solutionbased B2B sales (preferably in pulp & paper, industrial machinery, process equipment, or automation).
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand process equipment and industrial systems.
- Proven experience in preparing quotations, proposals, and handling the full sales cycle.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to be based in Palembang and travel frequently to customer sites and mill locations across Indonesia.
- Customerfocused, proactive, and able to work independently.
