Job Description

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in selecting the right robots and options for their specific applications.
  • Generate accurate and competitive quotations.
  • Facilitate introductions between end customers and KUKA partners.
  • Track opportunities using Salesforce CRM.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and manage accounts.
  • Contribute to lead generation through your initiatives and network.
  • Report and forecast sales opportunities.
  • Represent KUKA at trade shows and support marketing initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a diploma/ bachelors degree/Professional degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in automation, industrial machinery, or robotic sales.
  • A proactive, resourceful individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to communicate concisely, verbally and in writing, in English.
  • Willing to travel to sites if required.
  • Ability to work under pressure and long hours.
  • Team player but also capable of working independently
  • Have good sense of time management and strong customer focus
