Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Sales Engineer to join our team in an on-site, full-time capacity at our Surabaya location. The role involves engaging with clients to understand their needs, customizing technical solutions, providing technical support during the sales process, and contributing to the business development strategy. You will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction, and collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. This role demands a strong combination of engineering knowledge, technical acumen, and excellent communication skills to drive sales success.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Engineering and a solid understanding of technical specifications and solutions
  • Strong skills in Sales and Business Development to identify and expand customer relationships
  • Exceptional Communication and Customer Service abilities to effectively manage client interactions
  • Experience in providing Technical Support during the sales and pre-sales process
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Proven track record in engineering or technical sales roles
  • Ability to analyze and address client needs with innovative solutions
