Job Description

The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision makers within accounts. You will discover qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeted outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.

What You'll Do:

1. Drive end-to-end outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach targeting APAC countries

2. Identify and qualify potential customers through structured discovery conversations

3. Build and manage a strong pipeline of high-quality sales opportunities

4. Work closely with Account Executives to convert leads into paying customers

5. Keep accurate records of all activities in CRM tools

6. Continuously improve messaging and outreach strategies based on market feedback

What We're Looking For:

1. Experience in Sales, Business Development, or SDR roles

2. Proven track record in a SaaS environment, especially in lead generation or full-cycle sales

3. Background in fintech, payments, or regtech is a strong advantage

4. Strong communication and persuasion skills in English

5. Highly motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with outbound sales activities
