Sales Development Representative

Role Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Development Representative to contribute in generating leads for our company. You will be responsible for explaining our services over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships and aiming to make appointments for our Sales Team. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

Responsibilities

• Make daily outbound calls to potential customers, with a target as assigned
• Contact potential customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media to introduce products/services and generate new leads
• Answer questions about products or the company
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and generate the lead
• Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Meet any targets of the number or calls to make in a day and number of appointments schedule in a week
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Requirements

• Proven experience as Sales Development Representative / Telesales / Lead Generation working on the phones
• Proven track record of successfully meeting calling quota over the phone
• Ability to learn about products and services (for SAP and IT) and describe/explain them to prospects
• Excellent knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to setup meeting appointment for our sales team
