Sales Development

We are hiring for a sister company of Intramega Global, called Spectrum Unitec. This company is a leading manufacturer of innovative solutions for retail, office, and warehouse needs. We are seeking a Sales Development professional who will combine both sales and internal product development. This role is key to bridging our diverse product divisions, connecting the dots to deliver combined product solutions that address customer needs and drive market growth. In this position, you will not only build and manage a strong sales pipeline but also take part in developing new solutions and innovations. You'll be responsible for promoting solutions internally, expanding our product reach, and helping us enter new markets with value-driven offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand all products and solutions across business divisions to create integrated offerings.
  • Develop tailored solutions by combining products into market-ready packages.
  • Build and maintain a structured sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing opportunities.
  • Promote solutions internally to ensure alignment and cross-department collaboration.
  • Research and propose new product development or solution innovations that fit market needs.
  • Identify and expand into new markets with innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to deliver proposals andpresentations.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to anticipate opportunities.
  • Prepare regular reports on pipeline status, solution development progress, and marketexpansion initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Product Development ofB2B Market.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of solution selling and ability to combine multiple product lines into onepackage.
  • Strategic and innovative mindset with proven problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities (internal and external).
  • Comfortable with data analysis, sales forecasting, and market research.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work across divisions.
  • Fluent in English (oral and written).
  • Preferably own a personal vehicle (motorcycle/car).
  • Willing to be placed in Jatake, Tangerang (Spectrum Unitec HQ)
