Sales Department Head

Responsible for driving property sales performance, leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and ensuring sales targets are consistently achieved. Works closely with marketing and project teams to optimize sales processes and market reach.

Qualifications:

• Min. 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in property industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing a sales team.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of property market trends and customer insights.
• Fluent in Indonesian & English
