Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bandung for a Sales Counter position. The primary responsibilities include assisting customers with inquiries, promoting and selling automotive products, and providing top-notch customer service. Additional tasks involve processing transactions, maintaining an organized sales environment, and ensuring customer needs are met efficiently and professionally.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills essential for addressing customer inquiries and providing excellent service.
- Proficient in Sales and Sales Management to effectively achieve sales targets and maintain performance standards.
- Experience in providing Training or mentoring will be an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in sales or marketing is advantageous.
