Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business pitches to introduce company services and solutions.
  • Understand client needs and propose suitable business solutions to achieve sales targets.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and manage the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and key stakeholders within the industry.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments, particularly within the social commerce landscape.
  • Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and business development strategies on a regular basis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or related commercial roles.
  • Strong understanding of the social commerce industry, digital marketing ecosystem, and creator/influencer landscape.
  • Proven experience in conducting client pitches, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Existing network and strong contacts with brands, agencies, or relevant business partners is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Target-oriented with strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is a plus.
