Job Description

Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Lead the sales team in achieving business and financing targets within the assigned region.
  • Be accountable for overall sales performance, GMV achievement, and business growth.
  • Develop and expand partnerships with EV/motorcycle/automotive dealers, showrooms, and offline merchants.
  • Identify and onboard new agents, merchant partners, and business opportunities.

Dealer & Merchant Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers, merchants, and agents to ensure stable business growth.
  • Conduct regular visits to partner stores/showrooms to monitor operational performance and business opportunities.
  • Support dealer activation, merchant onboarding, and collaboration implementation.

Team Management

  • Lead, guide, and supervise the offline sales team in daily operations and sales execution.
  • Work closely with sales personnel in the early stage, including direct involvement in merchant/dealer management.
  • Monitor team productivity and ensure sales targets are consistently achieved.

Training & Operational Support

  • Provide training and guidance to agents, dealers, and sales staff regarding financing products, SOP, and operational processes.
  • Support transaction conversion and push order generation at store level.
  • Coordinate internally with operations, risk, product, and other related departments to ensure smooth business execution.

Requirements

  • Min. 5 year in same position and automotive industry
  • Experience in automobile, or related industries is preferred.
  • Strong experience in dealer management, business development, or offline sales operations.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage sales performance.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Willing to travel and handle field operations.
