Your Role
- Identify, manage, and grow both B2B and B2C sales opportunities for Power Plate products and Pilates equipment
- Handle the full sales cycle: prospecting, lead generation, follow-ups, meetings, product presentations, negotiations, and closing deals
- Sell JFI's commercial solutions to studios, gyms, wellness centers, corporates, hotels, clinics, and fitness businesses (B2B)
- Handle direct consumer sales (B2C) for Pilates equipment and Power Plate products through consultations and product recommendations
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with both business partners and individual customers
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features, benefits, and usage clearly to clients
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support campaigns, exhibitions, events, and sales activities
- Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and business development progress regularly
- Actively seek new market opportunities, partnerships, and reseller channels to expand JFI's equipment business
Who We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Experience in sales, especially in B2B and/or high-ticket B2C sales
- Experience in fitness, wellness, sports equipment, lifestyle, or related industries is a strong plus
- Comfortable working with measurable sales targets and high-frequency closing
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling skills
- Proactive, persuasive, confident, and result-oriented mindset
- Comfortable handling follow-ups via chat, email, phone calls, and face-to-face meetings
- Able to build trust-based relationships with both corporate clients and individual consumers
- Familiar with CRM or sales tools; having an existing client database/network is a strong plus
- Interested in health, wellness, fitness, and premium lifestyle products
