Job Description

Job Placement : Surabaya & Jakarta

Job Descriptions :

  • Identify and approach potential customers through cold calls, emails, visits, or networking.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, distributors, and key decision makers.
  • Understand customer operational needs and recommend suitable robotics solutions.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Track and report on sales performance and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate closely with the technical team to provide demonstrations, site assessments, and after-sales support.
  • Provide accurate and helpful product knowledge for customers.
  • Conduct product presentations, live demos, and solution proposal to customers.
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings in the industry.
  • Follow up on sales leads, quotations, and other sales inquiries.
  • Ensure accurate processing of sales orders, quotations, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery, installation, and after-sales support for customers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any field
  • Able to communicate in English and Chinese (Mandarin) will be preferred
  • Experience at least 1-2 years in sales is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Able to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Able to work independently and in a team
