Job Descriptions :
- Identify and approach potential customers through cold calls, emails, visits, or networking.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, distributors, and key decision makers.
- Understand customer operational needs and recommend suitable robotics solutions.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Track and report on sales performance and customer feedback.
- Collaborate closely with the technical team to provide demonstrations, site assessments, and after-sales support.
- Provide accurate and helpful product knowledge for customers.
- Conduct product presentations, live demos, and solution proposal to customers.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings in the industry.
- Follow up on sales leads, quotations, and other sales inquiries.
- Ensure accurate processing of sales orders, quotations, and documentation.
- Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery, installation, and after-sales support for customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any field
- Able to communicate in English and Chinese (Mandarin) will be preferred
- Experience at least 1-2 years in sales is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
- Able to work under pressure and meet targets
- Able to work independently and in a team
