Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate based in Tangerang. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, delivering product presentations, and meeting sales targets. This role involves managing customer inquiries, providing product information, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Sales and business development skills, with proficiency in client relationship management
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders
• Knowledge of Weighing Devices, Water Treatment solutions, or Chemical Components for Fertilizer is a plus
• Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored product solutions
• Proactive, goal-oriented attitude with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Proficiency in presenting product information clearly and persuasively
• Experience in a sales or customer-facing role is preferred
• Willingness to work on-site in Tangerang
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
