Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Denpasar for a Sales Assistant. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing exceptional service, managing daily store operations, and ensuring the sales floor is well-organized and welcoming. Additional responsibilities include assisting customers with product inquiries, processing transactions, and supporting the team in meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and exceptional Customer Service abilities
• Effective Communication skills to engage with a diverse range of customers
• Sales skills, including the ability to understand customer needs and drive purchases
• Strong Organization Skills to ensure the sales area is clean and well-maintained
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Previous retail or sales experience is a plus
• Familiarity with fashion or women's clothing brands is advantageous
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
