Real Estate Sales Assistant

Stilt Studios specializes in creating and operating prefabricated design studios tailored for tourist accommodation. The eco-friendly, floating buildings are designed for minimal environmental impact and are operated as carbon neutral. Stilt Studios not only builds and sells these units but also manages them for tourist rentals, promoting sustainable hospitality solutions.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Assistant, located in Kecamatan Kuta Selatan. The Real Estate Sales Assistant will be responsible for assisting with real estate transactions, maintaining customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional tasks include coordinating property sales, supporting clients through the purchase process, and ensuring the efficient flow of real estate operations.

• Hold a valid Real Estate License and possess knowledge of real estate principles and practices
• Proven skills in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
• Strong Sales abilities paired with excellent negotiation and persuasive communication skills
• Proficiency in Customer Service and the ability to foster positive client relationships
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively
• Familiarity with the local real estate market in Kecamatan Kuta Selatan is a plus
• Prior experience in real estate or property management is an advantage
